Shipping and Delivery

We have several different warehouses in the United States and overseas. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. If there is a lack of inventory at the US warehouse, we will ship your order from one of our oversea warehouses. where we stock a large quantity of the products. Shipping is also based on our warehouse location and your location; please expect 5-10 business days for the US, 10-20 business days for International. ** 10-20 business days for US and International if we ship from an oversea warehouse.

*Please note, if an order has multiple products, it is possible that they can be shipped in multiple packages due to the availability of our multiple warehouses. The tracking number will be sent out separately as well.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. You can track your order at your country’s postal service website

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions, please contact our support team.
